Registered Architect | Hospitality

We’re seeking a Registered Architect with 7–10 years’ experience to join our Adelaide studio and help drive the delivery of our long-standing hospitality portfolio.

With proven experience delivering hospitality projects (F&B venues, hotels and tourist accommodation), the role calls for someone confident working on complex, live, refurbishment or redevelopment projects. Leading projects from design development through to completion, you’ll bring strong technical skills and the ability to navigate existing conditions, staged works and the practicalities of construction while maintaining design integrity.

Your day-to-day will centre on managing internal and external project teams, producing high-quality documentation and specifications, and resolving design details and on-site queries as projects progress.


You will have

  • 7-10 years of experience in an architectural studio
  • Experience within the hospitality sector (including refurbishments, redevelopments and staged works), managing projects from design development onwards
  • Design sensibility paired with excellent technical capability
  • Proficiency in Revit, delivering documentation to a high-level of detail
  • Proven experience working within an existing BIM standard
  • Experience in writing detailed specifications
  • People leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to manage consultants and internal design teams
  • The ability to coordinate design models and manage clash detection
  • Sound understanding of various contractual / engagement models, with the construction knowledge and ability to work closely with contractors
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Aconex and Procore (desirable)
