We’re seeking a Registered Architect with 7–10 years’ experience to join our Adelaide studio and help drive the delivery of our growing multi-residential portfolio.
With proven experience delivering medium to large-scale multi-residential developments, you’ll lead projects from design development through to completion, ensuring design intent is maintained while navigating the practicalities of delivery.
Your day-to-day will centre on managing internal and external project teams, producing high-quality documentation and specifications, and resolving design details and on-site queries.
You will have
- 7-10 years of experience in an architectural studio
- Experience within the multi-residential sector, managing projects from design development onwards
- Design sensibility paired with excellent technical capability
- Proficiency in Revit, delivering documentation to a high-level of detail
- Proven experience working within an existing BIM standard
- Experience in writing detailed specifications
- People leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to manage consultants and internal design teams
- The ability to coordinate design models and manage clash detection
- Sound understanding of various contractual / engagement models, with the construction knowledge and ability to work closely with contractors
- Proven experience managing stakeholders
- Familiarity with platforms such as Aconex and Procore (desirable)
