Joining the studio late last year as part of the architectural team, we welcome Senior Architect Jess Alderslade.
Jess is an accomplished architect with international experience across the multi-residential, healthcare, and commercial sectors. She has contributed to large-scale, highly complex projects during her time abroad in both Sydney at Team2 Architects and in London at Sheppard Robson and has successfully led the delivery of numerous projects locally.
During her time in at Sheppard Robson, Jess worked on luxury multi residential developments in the heart of London. At Team2 in Sydney she was part of the team that delivered the Kids Research Institute at The Children’s Hospital Westmead and St George Private Hospital Specialist Centre in NSW.
After moving back to Adelaide in 2020, Jess joined the team at Greenway Architects where she worked predominantly on their government portfolio, including various new Ambulance Stations across the state. She also undertook the role of BIM Manager during this period, assisting with the setup of the team’s protocols and spearheading their transition into BIM.
With over a decade of experience, Jess is driven by a passion for problem-solving, she has a comprehensive understanding of the technical and operational facets of architecture. She embraces complexity, from navigating challenging service integrations in multi-residential designs to balancing diverse objectives in healthcare environments.
As a strong advocate for emerging architects, Jess is part of the Australian Institute of Architects' EmAGN Committee, committed to sharing knowledge, fostering growth, and creating opportunities within the profession.
