Station Road has been recognised in the inaugural MICHELIN Guide South Australia 2027, joining a select group of restaurants celebrated for their culinary excellence

For the first time in its history, the globally renowned MICHELIN Guide has arrived in Australia, choosing South Australia as its inaugural destination and placing the state's exceptional food and dining culture on the international stage.
Among the 77 restaurants recognised across the state, Station Road was named one of just 50 MICHELIN Selected restaurants, a distinction recognising establishments that deliver high-quality dining experiences and demonstrate culinary excellence.
Located at the base of Festival Tower in Adelaide's CBD, Station Road brings a contemporary approach to hospitality, combining refined dining with a considered architectural response to its prominent city setting.
The restaurant brings together a rich material palette, carefully considered lighting and a series of distinct yet connected dining spaces. From the central marble bar and immersive wine room to the light-filled dining areas, the design establishes a layered hospitality experience that balances intimacy, atmosphere and a strong connection to its urban context.
The recognition is a significant achievement for the Station Road team and reflects the quality, creativity and dedication that continue to define South Australia's evolving hospitality landscape.
We congratulate the team at Station Road on this well-deserved international recognition. We are proud to have contributed to the creation of a distinctive Adelaide dining destination and to see its continued success celebrated on a global stage.
