Senior Architect

Across every project, Alice brings a detail-oriented mindset and a love of problem solving. She’s known for her ability to balance big-picture thinking with refined, purposeful outcomes, drawing on strong spatial awareness and a grounded understanding of how people move through space. Her collaborative approach is built on clear communication, mutual accountability and a shared commitment to quality.
Alice plays an active role in mentoring the studio's emerging designers, shaping our hospitality portfolio, and driving more sustainable ways of working. She’s passionate about thoughtful, tactile design that enhances daily life, and believes meaningful design is achieved through careful intent, thoughtful detail, and a respect for the spaces we inhabit.
Originally from Adelaide, her career has taken her from set design on film productions, most notably Baz Luhrmann’s Elvis, to hospitality design roles in both Sydney and New York, where she has worked on boutique hotels, restaurants, bars, and heritage-listed landmarks. This breadth of experience across design disciplines gives Alice a unique perspective on how spaces can be both expressive and deeply functional.
