With over a decade of experience, Bash brings a calm, quietly driven presence to his work across education, health, civic and commercial sectors. Drawn to the studio for our integrated approach to architecture and interiors, he values collaboration and clarity, believing the best outcomes come from teams working closely from concept through to delivery. Passionate about civic and education projects, Bash sees design as a tool for creating long-term, people-centred impact.
His curiosity for the built environment was sparked early in his childhood in Sri Lanka, where he spent time on construction sites alongside his father, a small-scale builder. That hands-on experience, combined with a natural interest in how people interact with space, led him to pursue a career in interior design a field that allows him to craft environments that feel intuitive, considered and deeply connected to the people who use them.
Bash contributes to the shaping of purposeful, inclusive spaces. His approach is grounded in thoughtful detailing, a collaborative mindset, and a belief in design’s ability to enhance how communities connect, learn and live.
