Receptionist & Administration Assistant
With a career built around people, Kat brings warmth, energy and efficiency to her role as our studio’s Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. From front-of-house and onboarding to executive support and studio-wide coordination, she plays a key role in the rhythm of day-to-day life at S9.
Her background spans administration, customer service and small business, including eight years in the insurance industry and several years running her own clothing hire company where she led a retail team, managed creative operations, and built a strong customer community from the ground up.
Kat thrives in fast-paced environments where adaptability and intuition are key. Whether welcoming new team members, supporting directors or coordinating events, she brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to everything she does, helping to shape a studio culture that is organised, connected and inclusive.
