Compliance & Bid Manager
After completing a Bachelor of Psychological Science, and having a background in Organisational Psychology, Tess made the switch to architecture and design. Her creative interest and administrative skills have seen her role develop throughout her time at the studio, now leading our Compliance and Bid Management.
Tess is responsible for planning, monitoring, reviewing, and improving our internal processes to maintain our integrated management system and certification to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards. She facilitates project audits, collects and analyses data, and prepares for the annual external system, required to deliver the level of government work the studio undertakes.
Working closely with the Directors, Tess also plans, manages and produces submissions to tender on new work for the studio.
Tess is currently on Maternity Leave and will be returning to work in 2025.
