Our client the Marion Hotel were named this year's Best Overall Hotel for the second year in a row at the 2021 Australian Hotels Association Awards for Excellence (SA).
The 15M major redevelopment of the existing facility into a new 5-level accommodation tower and re-imaged hospitality offering was completed in 2019 for long time client Hurley Hotel Group, by S9 project team Andrew Steele, Aaron Schintler, Mandy Goehr and Nick Gelekis.
The hotel also received the award for Best Meeting & Events Venue (General Division) and Best Gaming Venue (Metropolitan).
Amongst other winners on the night were client's, The Gully Public house with a Commendation for Best Bar Presentation & Experience (Metro), Berri Hotel with Best Community Service & Support and the RD Jones Group with Best Staff Development & Training.
