Archibubs is an EmAGN-formed initiative that originated in South Australia in 2021. It’s mission is to address the gap in industry-focused networking and experience sharing for parents, parents-to-be, and caregivers in the fields of architecture and interior design.
S9 were proud to host the first in studio event discussing 'Navigating Returning to Work' in an open discussion, conversing shared experiences of transitioning back to work after parental leave, flexible working arrangements, and achieving a positive work-life balance.
Senior Associate Ben Pitman, Architect Anthea Perkas and Marketing Manager & Associate Elise Rundell represented the studio hosting the open forum, discussing each of their unique experiences returning to work after parental leave and how they each manage to maintain positive work life balance.
