Marketing Manager & Associate Elise Rundell has recently been announced as Co-Chair of She Creates for 2024/25.
She Creates is an initiative that was created to represent and promote women in the creative communications industry of Adelaide.
Derived from the Adelaide Advertising & Design Club (AADC) in 2019, this stemmed from AADC wanting to do more for women within the industry, as there was no current forum for women to come together, to recognise and celebrate each other.
Elise has been working as S9's in-house marketer for a number of years and was looking for ways to connect with others in the creative communications world, and discovered She Creates and joined the committee.
This helped her grow both personally and professionally whilst meeting an array of talented individuals along the way.
Elise has been a key contributor to the group since 2021, driving sell-out events such as the 'Deep Dive into Design' speaker event and micro-networking 'Net-series.'
“We are really excited to unveil our plans for 2024 and invite women far and wide within the creative communications industry to join our community," says Elise in an interview with Campaign Brief.
She Creates shines a spotlight on the creative women in Adelaide within the industry to share their stories and learn from each other through various differing networking events throughout the calendar year.
