Stages 2A and 2B have delivered the next stage of the overall Glenside masterplan
This stage of the premium award-winning development for Cedar Woods included 62 torrens titled townhouses across fourteen diverse typologies. The homes were designed to attract a range of homeowners, whilst specifically
catering for the downsizer market.
The majority of these new homes are three bedroom with two living areas, open plan living and dining, two car spaces and large private gardens. With downsizers front of mind, the provision of a ground floor master bedroom and living areas have been incorporated, with an optional lift upgrade.
The architectural design takes cues from the existing heritage buildings on site with large extents of brickwork at ground level and simple yet contemporary geometric forms at the upper floor
