Located on the riverbank of Loxton, this 4-stage redevelopment will include works to bars and bistro dining, café, gaming and sports bar, lounges and function spaces
The community owned hotel was established in 1908 and is a central meeting space with locals and tourists to the area. The redevelopment will breathe new life into the hotel while still being reflective of the area. The modern design draws on the rich local heritage of the agriculture industry and migrants to the Riverland, with a strong focus on the citrus fruits, landscape, industrial materials and post-WW2 structures of Loxton.
