Situated in the heart of the CBD, we are currently undertaking a $25M redevelopment of the 18-storey office building, revitalising the current offering to attract new tenants. The reimagined workplace will promote positive culture and collaboration, with health and wellbeing at its core.

Focused on creating spaces that connect the indoors with the outdoors to enhance the user experience, the current enclosed foyer will be transformed to encompass a fresh reception area and new food and beverage offering — activating the ground plane and engaging with the city streetscape.

Complementing the existing exteriors, new concrete columns have been erected along with a new glass roof, welcoming natural light into the space.

Designated areas for a gym, yoga, pilates, and X-Golf will be incorporated within the premises, along with end-of-trip amenities featuring added secure bike storage and a revamp of the existing bathrooms.

A subtle refinement of the existing office spaces will be undertaken, with the potential for test fitouts for prospective tenants. The project is due for completion by the conclusion of 2024.
