Designed to support gymnastics, trampolining and movement-based programs, the facility provides a purpose-built home for South Australia’s largest gymnastics club. The project replaces ageing infrastructure with a modern, high-performance environment tailored to training, development, and community participation.

The building balances the technical requirements of gymnastics with a welcoming and accessible experience for athletes, families, volunteers, and spectators.

Large-volume activity spaces are complemented by supporting amenities, administration areas, and communal spaces, creating a facility designed to support the club’s long-term growth.

As part of the wider Banksia Park Sports Area redevelopment, the project contributes to a coordinated vision for the precinct, improving connectivity, accessibility, and the overall user experience. Together with landscape upgrades, improved pedestrian connections and supporting infrastructure, the facility strengthens Banksia Park Sports Area as a premier destination for sport and recreation in Adelaide’s northeast.
