Tea Tree Gully Tennis Club is a key component of the Banksia Park Sports Area redevelopment, providing a contemporary clubroom facility that supports the evolving needs of one of the region’s most established sporting communities.

Positioned at the heart of the tennis precinct, the building has been designed as a gathering place for players, volunteers, spectators, and visitors. The facility brings together social, administrative and spectator functions within a single, welcoming environment that strengthens the club’s identity and enhances the overall match-day experience.
Strong connections to the surrounding courts were a key design driver, with carefully framed views and flexible indoor and outdoor spaces encouraging engagement with on-court activity. The clubroom supports everything from weekly competition and training through to community events, presentations, and social gatherings, ensuring the facility remains active beyond game day.

Delivered as part of the broader Banksia Park Sports Area redevelopment, the project contributes to a long-term vision for the precinct, creating contemporary sporting infrastructure that supports participation, fosters community connection, and provides a lasting home for the club into the future.
